AI · Digitalisation · Automation
AI that works in the real world.
HY Digital helps organisations turn AI and digital technology into better ways of working. From strategy and process design to LLM integration, automation and implementation.
Senior-led technology consulting by Daniel Kenji Yoshida Hildebrandt. Copenhagen.
The starting point
Most organisations do not need more AI experiments.
They need to understand where AI creates real value, how it fits the processes that already exist, and how to implement it responsibly without creating another disconnected technology layer.
Technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is the organisation around it. Processes. People. Existing systems. Responsibilities. Data. Incentives. Constraints.
That is where HY Digital works.
Services
Four areas. One person responsible throughout.
AI strategy and advisory
A prioritised portfolio of use cases and a roadmap management can act on, not a report that goes in a drawer.
AI strategy · AI readiness · Use-case discovery · Technology selection · Prototyping
LLM and AI integration
Internal assistants, knowledge systems over your own documents, and AI connected to the software and data you already run.
LLM integration · Internal AI assistants · Knowledge systems · RAG · Agents · APIs
Automation and digital operations
The objective is not automation for its own sake. The objective is better operations: faster, simpler and more reliable.
Workflow automation · System integration · Reporting · Document processing · Data workflows
Digital transformation and implementation
Technology only creates value when people actually use it. Process design, project leadership and adoption come with the build.
Digitalisation · Project leadership · Implementation · Process redesign · Adoption
The model
Senior-led. Small teams. Direct access.
You work directly with Daniel. He leads the engagement, the strategy and the solution design, and stays responsible throughout.
When specialised expertise or extra capacity is needed, HY Digital brings in trusted independent specialists across software development, cloud, UX and data. That gives the flexibility of a specialist network without adding another organisational layer between you and the people doing the work.

Founder and principal consultant
Daniel Kenji Yoshida Hildebrandt
Engineer, software developer, project leader and technology consultant. Daniel has worked with digital technology since long before the current AI wave, and in recent years has worked closely with generative AI, language models and automation inside organisations.
The work sits at the intersection of technology, management and people. In practice that means AI strategy with management in the morning, mapping an operational workflow with employees after lunch, and APIs, software architecture and prototypes afterwards.
Previously: named prior employers and delivered systems.
First step
AI Discovery
Fixed price. Fixed duration. A prototype that runs.
A scoped engagement that answers where AI makes sense in your organisation, what it costs to build, and whether you should proceed at all.
- Price

You receive
- Map of processes and information flows
- Prioritised use-case portfolio scored on impact, feasibility and risk
- Business case on the two strongest
- Working prototype of one
- Technical architecture and estimate for the production system
- Risk classification under the EU AI Act
- Roadmap for the next 90 days
The engagement ends with a clear recommendation to proceed or not. The deliverables are yours either way.
Ask about the engagementResponsibility
Compliance is part of the delivery. Not a separate product.
Risk classification under the EU AI Act, data-flow documentation and audit trails are delivered alongside the system. Data stays in the EU. This is often exactly where the difference lies between a solution that reaches production and one that stalls in legal and security review.
Have a process that should work better?
You do not need to know which AI model, automation platform or technical architecture you need.
Start with the problem. Tell us what is taking too much time, costing too much, creating friction or preventing the organisation from moving forward. We work backwards from there.
